    Actually the unwillingess to give the facts to the readers is what makes a government popular; if the facts are made availlable about NSA activities and US Presidents, state relations to cults, gigantic government, and so the people would hate the state; politicians would have to be good if the facts were availlable and a popularity contest would not exist, no one would have those figures, polls are a slight of hand for the media to hide the fact that they don't want to bother with the facts, they rather be whined dined and spoon feed what they will spoon feed in the morning giving us lousy reports and comments mixed with some numbers in pretty graphics about state popularity.
