When our Colorado state Constitution was written in the late 1800's, only outlaws concealed firearms...hence the provision in many state statutes prohibiting the concealment of guns. That no longer applies to right thinking states. Unfortunately Colorado has seen a takeover by leftist/progressive/ budding communists. The budding communists will continue to attack our Second Amendment, the rise in violent crimes is NOT an accident...and we must continue to stop them. As George Washington put it; "Firearms are the liberty's teeth." This is one fight we can't loose...ever.

Ok, "right thinking states",  knee jerk reactions give way to peaceful streets, in due course. Walk softly. to assure, all are armed and observed as such.

Denise is right.  Concealing a weapon when you can carry openly implies deception.  While the rights of humankind are inalienable, the Constitutions charter the power of the State, and if the legislature puts in a restriction of carrying concealed arms, it becomes the law of the land, whether in accordance with natural right or not.
