Unless, of course, Obama or Pelosi say it's a crime. The bureaucrats in Washington consider the Constitution to be a hinderance to their plans, an annoyance.

"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" Which part confuses them? How can it be a crime to defend yourself?

Since when? The constitution clearly only has worth when the courts believe in it and are willing to follow it even when it may be inconvenient.

This is absolute in a de jure body that represents each and every individual. In a statist theocracy who's extra constitutional activities include, nationalizing: transportation, banking, securities, medicine, etc.; and the expansion of compelled compliance, license, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity, and the supply of funny money, no original intent Constitutional authority or power needs be claimed or exercised. The current representatives of such statist theocracy, such as the likes of Obamunist - his czars and stars, Reid, Pelosi and the rest of the mobsters, exercise the claim that the Constitution exists solely as a laughable antiquity not to be concerned with anymore, while converting inalienable rights and otherwise lawful activities into criminal activities and criminal activities into non-prosecutable activities..

It sure sounds good. Too bad our politicians don't subscribe to the idea.

I have been researching and it is not a privileged as the courts and police would lead you to believe according to the constitution which can not be changed it is EVERY citizens RIGHT to drive upon the highways in this nation and it CANNOT be taken from you!!!!!! "The use of the highway for the purpose of travel and transportation is not a mere privilege, but a common fundamental right of which the public and individuals cannot rightfully be deprived." Chicago Motor Coach v. Chicago, 169 NE 221 "The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, either by carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city may prohibit or permit at will, but a common law right which he has under the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Thompson v. Smith, 154 SE 579 "The right to travel is a well-established common right that does not owe its existence to the federal government. It is recognized by the courts as a natural right." Schactman v. Dulles 96 App DC 287, 225 F2d 938, at 941. Our system of law dictates that there is only one way to remove a right belonging to the people. That is by a person knowingly waiving a particular right. Now I can tell you first hand I NEVER waived my right to drive! "The claim and exercise of a Constitutional right cannot be converted into a crime." Miller v. U.S., F.2d 486, 489. AMERICA IS BECOMING A POLICE STATE AND EXACTLY WHAT PEOPLE CAME TO AMERICA TO ESCAPE FROM!!!! I intend to exercise MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS to the freedoms that the constitution gave each and every member of this nation. I was born here and the right is MINE!

Great point, The right to defend yourself is the only right that is impossible to take away.

Our servant government has creatively interpreted the plain, unambiguous language of the supreme law of the land to mean what they say it means. They see themselves as above and apart from the constitution and we the people.
The constitution in their eyes is viewed as a conflict of interest.
Make the judiciary irrelevant. Demand your jury trial, with a massive jury nullification awareness campaign for victimless crimes and unconstitutional statutes.Don't beg our elected and appointed public servants to go against the power, prestige, and monetary interests of the corporate state. We will lose every time.

Isn't .ca a Canadian domain-name extension ? Well, anyway, I am ALL for "Rocking the Boat" and even "Bucking the System" because ONLY "insane" people would choose to engage in Daily acts of Extortion, Threats, Deception, Intimidation, Coercion, Collusion, Kidnapping, Conspiracy to Deprive Rights, Hostage-Taking, Person-Trafficking, Peonage/Slavery, Domestic-Terrorism, Embezzlement/Larceny, etc., etc.

Has everyone seen that "Keep changing the name... eventually you'll fool someone" image where all of the previous words are crossed out until it says Progressive (all of the words above it were crossed out : Fascist, Socialist, Communist, Democrat) ?

Similarly, arrests are still kidnappings, jailing is still hostage-taking, transporting someone to jail is still person-trafficking, requiring money for bail-bonds is still extortion, citations are still domestic-terrorism, legalese is still lying and deception, capital-punishment is still murder, etc.

Regarding this quote, when you're dealing with any of these satanic ecclesiastical kangaroo court-systems (which they ALL are), you need to know this since trying to even make ANY references to ANYTHING Constitutional often results in MOST judges automatically interrupting you and threatening you with Contempt-of-Court (when anybody exercises a Constitutional-Right to know if what they're doing against you is even legal or lawful for which it is not).
