"We have a criminal jury system which is superior to any in the world;
and its efficiency is only marred by the difficulty of finding
twelve men every day who don't know anything and can't read."

;-) I know, right?!! Too funny! Think about it -- an acceptable juror is someone who doesn't watch TV, read the newspaper, follow blogs -- basically ignorant of the world. I understand the need for an impartial jury, but we end up with really uninformed people as the final check against government abuse.

    Seems about right. But Judges seem to be even worse. . . . Enforce their own notions. Twist meanings of intents.

    The criminal jury system so noblized in mysticism and ignorance imposed by the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land does not exist in reality, fact or law. The current criminal system is nothing more than a stage with a cabal of criminal despots acting under color of franchise, office and law. I think it is impossible to find twelve jurors (men and/or women) that know the de jure "laws of nature and of nature's God (constitutional natural law / common law / etc.) sufficiently (inclusive of jury nullification) versed to off set the criminal high priests that lord over their ecclesiastical benches, draped in the black robes of their priesthood.
