The problems you have mentioned all deal with an unconstitutional theocracy that has no semblance to the de jure jurisprudence (''the laws of nature and of nature's God {Declaration of Independence}) A vote under Constitutional authority and principle ONLY chooses how to administer rights and liberty at nature's law — NOT — choosing a new slave master. In the socialistic based, statist theocracy now infesting this land, carnal gods are called law makers and, law enforcement officers compel tyranny. Each and every scenario you painted has extreme merit and is very accurate while, speeding up the destruction of individual sovereignty, inalienable right, liberty and the nation that was once a beacon of light on a hill to such.
