That quote was not actually from Huey Newton. That was a quote from the Coloring Book from COINTELPRO. There was a picture that showed a Panther shooting a cop and the caption was: Off the Pigs! The coloring book was actually distributed by the FBI informants who were attempting to neutralize the party's power. -- Anonymous
