FDR was the biggest A hole in 20th Century American history, in more ways than this.

A few words, said by a powerful man, maybe he thought he was saving a nation, maybe he knew he was enslaving it. The quote at the least is a vital piece of history, and a good case for returning fully to the constitution. Too bad people don't live long enough to get it right. Its so plain to most of us, they have broken our most high law, the constitution. I'm an ol man, young bloods, learn this fast, try to save my country.
     -- Kimo, H nations

And the noose around the neck of American Liberty was tightened...

Not sure how to rate this or comment on it with stars. 5 stars for illuminating the anti - law / freedom / liberty / individual inalienable right / Constitutional reality of the despot or, thumbs down for the illustrated elimination of the representative republic. Wilson may have been worse (?) but, it is sure that Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin is comfortably in the trifecta of destruction.
     -- Mike, Norwalk

Spoken by the Godfather of Socialism in America, a true elitist, and the lynchpin of, as Mike from Norwalk so aptly observed, "the trifecta of destruction."

The legislation passed and the depression continued right up to December 7th,1941, when the attack on Pearl Harbor bailed FDR out.
