Here, a time sensitive smile (thanks Editor). With all the Hamilton quotes during the impeachment, this one really fits. Where no violation of any code, ordinance, regulation, rule, statute or crime (high or misdemeanor) was ever cited or alluded to, one individual's actions against a political parties policy decisions and strength culminated it the Party attempting to bring in a political legalism of guilt.  (-; way too prophetically accurate ;-)  -- Mike, Norwalk
