A hope that each individual would recognize their personal scope of inalienable sovereign right(s) (outside corporeal man's purview and limitation). When such people at large would unite for a personal / communal defense (each brother being his brother's keeper) such as in a setting of militia, the nomenclature of "properly armed" would be in the setting: "well regulated".

    Virtue makes the defining difference.

Sovereign Individuals, constrained by Virtue, necessarily value and retain their inherent rights, and freely exercise them in individual or, in free association, corporate self defense.

Robert, I'd like to know what has changed your mind about personal ownership of arms. You mentioned in a previous post that you now have a concealed carry permit. For the last few years you have been on the other side of the argument. What has changed your mind?

We the people are going to have to prioritize our concerns. Priorities should be directed towards human sensitivities, capacities, and capabilities, this would cause an immediate cessation of the desire for firearms, and weaponry in general.
