War is where most of our tax dollars go, not providing for the general welfare of the country.

That is the problem, our country is not being governed by reasonable men.

If instead of the words "supporting itself," one could substitute "satisfying its insatiable greed" it would be a good description of the history of U.S. governments for the most part, and especially the present one.

Joe, Where do you get your figures on expenditure of tax dollars? The New York Times (not Bush-friendly) indicates 19%, at : http://www.dopcampaign.com/action/mothers/piegrapgh.html

Its a good quote from one of America's original traitors. Hamilton gave us the original framework of central banking.

It seems that America can... why are the Christian's and other religions so quiet over the war mongering of a nation gone crazy. They sit quiet in their pews, at home watching the telly, shopping at WalMart; yet not a peep from them - no mass demonstration - I thought Christian's and religions generally are against killing, against lies, against theft, against abuse of women and children? Where is the outrage from the American people, where are there ethics, their morals, hvae they been lost and never to be found. Are they so apathetic that they have washed their hands of their nations dirty deeds.

Joe, most of our tax dollars go for welfare, foreign aid, a multitude of government bureaus, and Michelle and Baracks pleasure jaunts.

Robken, I am a hard core believing Christian and I ask myself the exact same question. Just last week I refused to go through the porn both at the airport where the government, at war with a once free and moral people, are taking and keeping porn shots. I also refused being molested and groped. I was threatened with an FBI record if I didn't comply. I gladly would go on the record against war, molesting and such porn. It was absolutely astounding to me to watch the sheep (I presume at least some being professed Christians or religious) pass through the cattle call not protesting. This people that once sang about being the land of the free and home of the brave have become immoral and unreasonable helots, serfs, and slaves ripe for destruction (where is the out cry against Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin, the compelled compliance, the licensing, the victimless crimes, governmental larceny with impunity, anti-fiscal law mandates, the immorality, the unconstitutional wars, and the rest of the unconstitutional acts of the statist theocracy that infests this land, WHERE ? ? ?)

Good Mike, let's start a two man crusade - but let's also, in the process, check our brakes.

It would be pleasant to make the acquaintance of a reasonable man. You search for beings similar to yourself. You can't lose with a winner.  You keep me searching.
