The constant push for more 'education' has resulted in a society of parrots that simply repeat verbatim what they have been conditioned to say.  Rather than teaching students how to reason and discern, they are taught to memorize and repeat.  No need to question, the answers are supplied en masse, no questions needed.  Questions get you sent to the principal's office.
